Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please note the following exceptions to our return & exchange policy:
• Returns and exchanges may be made within 14 days from the time your package is delivered.
• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be in original condition (unworn and unwashed).
• Returned items must have no visible or odorous signs of wear or use.
• Login to our online return portal info@americandirtofficial.com using your email address and order ID.
• Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
• Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
• Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Returns Details:
A $5.95 processing charge will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
Returns or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned items. It may take up to 10 business days to post the refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange is processed by our warehouse.
Original Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return.
